These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile games, and applications provided by ZAFRA GAMES OYUN YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, doing business as Zafra Games (“Zafra Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms presented within a particular game or by an app store may also apply.

1. The Services

Zafra Games develops mobile games for entertainment. Features, availability, supported platforms, and technical requirements may vary by title and region. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue a Service or any feature, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, unless a Service expressly states a different age requirement. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you. Do not use a Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Services for non-commercial entertainment on a compatible device you own or control.

Some Services may offer accounts, saved progress, virtual currency, virtual items, or other digital content. These features are available only when described within the applicable Service. Virtual content is licensed, not sold; has no cash value; and cannot be transferred or redeemed except where the Service or applicable law expressly permits it.

We may manage, modify, or discontinue virtual content and game features as reasonably necessary to operate and balance a Service, subject to applicable law. If progress is stored only on your device, it may be lost when you delete the Service, clear its data, or change devices.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Advertising

A Service may offer purchases, subscriptions, or advertising only when those features are shown in that Service or its store listing. Transactions are generally processed by the applicable app store and are also governed by its payment, cancellation, and refund terms. Prices, taxes, availability, and features may vary by platform and region. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their software, artwork, designs, logos, audio, text, and other content are owned by Zafra Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not use the Zafra Games name, logos, or other brand elements without prior written permission.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials to us.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. A particular game may also provide a supplemental notice describing practices specific to that game.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may be distributed through, link to, or interact with third-party services such as app stores. We do not control those services, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.

10. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT AFFECT WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAFRA GAMES AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO A SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a Service if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or if we discontinue that Service. Upon termination, your license ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Turkey.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.
