These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and games provided by Zafra Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including Basket Sort (“the Game”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Basket Sort is a free-to-play casual mobile puzzle game in which players sort 3D objects into matching baskets, manage a limited queue, use boosters, and progress through levels. The Game is intended for entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Service is unavailable at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if your local law requires a higher minimum age. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

The Game may include virtual items such as coins, lives, boosters, and level progress. These items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and remain our property or that of our licensors. We may change virtual item balances, pricing, availability, or game rules at any time.

Game progress and virtual items are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the Game, change devices, or clear app data, your progress may be lost. We are not responsible for lost progress except where required by applicable law.

5. In-App Purchases and Advertising

Some features of the Game may offer optional in-app purchases or advertisements in future updates. Any purchases will be processed through the applicable app store and subject to that store’s terms. Rewarded-ad and purchase flows may be added or changed over time. Prices, availability, and features may vary by region and platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Game, artwork, characters, logos, audio, software, and all related content, is owned by Zafra Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

“Zafra Games”, “Basket Sort”, and associated logos are trademarks of Zafra Games. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service and for any consequences of that conduct.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZAFRA GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zafra Games and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as app stores, analytics providers, or advertising networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.
